JENNA HALE
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Jenna Hale is a Peadiatric Occupational Therapist from the UK. She is the owner and founder of Dynamic Deverlopment OTS. Jenna is passionate about working with children and families and developed Dynamic development to ensure everyone could access the support they need within thier own community!
Jenna is experienced in sensory, motor and visual integration, mental health, neurological rehabilitation, behavioir and life skills!
She has developed a number of specialized groups to meet the needs of children for across the region over the last 10 years and loves facilitating these!
Over her years in NZ she has worked with the ministry of education, ministry of health, private rehabilitation services and the ACC.
Jenna now specializes in providing support needs assessments for children with long term support needs across New Zealand.
Jenna Has a couple of pretty awesome kids of her own so understands life with children in her local community!
Nina qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2015 and began working in a community based paediatric team in the united Kingdom.
Nina specialises in: fine and gross motor coordination, Visual perception, sensory integration and groups, pre school assessment/review clinics, school transition, constraint induced movement therapy programs for pre school and school aged children, equipment provision for children with complex physical disabilities including seating and positioning equipment in school/at home (all adls) and wheelchair assessments. Nina is passionate about providing training for staff and families.
Nina has also volunteered and worked for the serious fun children's network which provides residential camps for children and young people with life threatening/limiting conditions. Nina also worked at 'double h ranch' in upstate New York which continues to have a very special place in her heart.
Nina enjoys leading an active lifestyle including dog walking, hiking, fitness classes and has recently started climbing. She loves being outside, cooking and reading.

DIANNE FERGUSON
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Dianne is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years experience working in the field of Paediatrics. She has worked in the Child Development Teams in both the Waikato and Southland regions.
Dianne has considerable clinical experience in working with children from birth to 16 years with a wide range of developmental disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Development Delay, as well as motor coordination difficulties.
She has specialist skills in completing housing modifications (both for children with physical disabilities and challenging behaviours), assessment and provision of specialised equipment for use in the home setting including wheelchairs and postural management.
She has worked with children who have feeding difficulties, social communication difficulties and sensory processing issues. She has been involved in preschool and school aged screening clinics as well as multidisciplinary diagnostic assessments.
Dianne is passionate about supporting parents and caregivers to help their children be successful and participate as fully as possible in everyday life.
Dianne enjoys off road cycling and trail walking in her spare time as well as gardening and baking.
FIONA BROWN
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Fiona is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who joined Dynamic Development in January 2018.
Previously Fiona has worked for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and Adventure Development in South Canterbury.
Fiona specialises in sensory integration, primitive reflexes, visual perception, fine and gross motor skills and emotional regulation.
Fiona is able to support a range of young people to develop important foundational skills required for learning, social interaction and motor skill development.
Fiona is passionate about working with young people and their families to achieve their goals. Fiona loves the energy young people bring to her work and enjoys fostering their creativity to make therapy fun, engaging and interactive
